Bealinda Pell, P.E., LEED AP is a professional engineer in civil engineering land development and an accredited green professional in both neighborhood development and building design and construction. She is also president of Pell Engineering.  Bealinda has more than 15 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial land development industry working with diverse clients across the state of Florida.  Her technical background includes site planning, civil infrastructure design, feasibilty and analysis, project management, construction administration, stormwater management, close-out certifications, drainage re-certifications and site inspections, preliminary engineering, general consulting, planning and zoning, local/state/federal permitting, and erosion and sedimentation control. 

Bealinda is active in several professional societies including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Water Works Association (AWWA), ASTM International (fka American Society for Testing and Materials), Florida Engineering Society (FES), and Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses (FAVOB).

Bealinda is a U.S. Army Veteran having served 5 years in Sagamihara, Japan, Camp Doha, Kuwait, and Ft. Stewart, Georgia.  She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.  Go Yellow Jackets!
